Job summary

Peterman Brothers is hiring Electrical Install technicians to install and replace items in customers' homes, focusing on 5-star service and right solutions. You will read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of residential electrical systems.

Apprentices earn between $17 and $23 per hour with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek, and you will join Indiana's growing team with strong training opportunities and career progression.

Qualifications

• 6+ months residential industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with residential electrical systems including lighting, circuits, devices, disconnects, panels, etc. (Preferred).
• Clean driving record and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Read schematics and perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems in residential settings.
• Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions and ensure quality service.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events.

The Role

Our Electrical Install technicians install and replace items within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

Electrical Install apprentices receive hourly pay between $17-23 per hour. This role also offers guaranteed 40 hours.

What You'll Do

• Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.
• Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
• Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

What You'll Need

• 6+ Months Residential Industry Experience (Preferred)
• Proficient with residential electrical systems including lighting, circuits, devices, disconnects, panels, etc. (Preferred)
• A Clean, Safe Driving Record and Background Check
• High School Diploma or GED
