Qualifications

• ICC Certification required (Residential/Commercial Electrical Inspector).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and electronic inspection software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and/or commercial electrical inspections for code compliance.
• Review electrical installations for compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation.
• Submission of work orders to utility companies.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly to contractors, owners, and municipal representatives.
• Provide technical guidance regarding code requirements and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspection schedules with permit applicants and municipal clients.
• Maintain accurate records and timely submission of reports.
• Attend training and continuing education programs as required.
