Job summary

World Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support contractors and commercial accounts from our Florida/Georgia branches. You will process orders, quotes, and returns, coordinate with shipping, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and profitability.

The role emphasizes customer service, pricing, and collaborative problem-solving across functions, with opportunities for growth within a global electrical distributor.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate/degree from college or technical school.
• Six months to two years related experience and/or training or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, returns, and related transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Quote prices and use sales skills to complete the purchase.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to contractors, commercial accounts, and walk-in customers.
• Coordinate with shipping/dept to arrange delivery and special delivery circumstances.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication by phone, email, and in person.
