World Electric is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Florida team. You will process orders, quotations, and customer service requests, coordinating with other branches to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes maintaining relationships, quoting prices, and driving sales across product lines while staying informed about pricing, market conditions, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate/degree from college or technical school or equivalent experience.
• Six months to two years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with digital sales tools to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, returns and related transactions.
• Quote prices and use sales skills to complete purchases.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication by phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate with outside sales and management to ensure customer satisfaction on all accounts.
• Prepare and analyze quotations and respond to customer inquiries.
