Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an Electrical Assembler I for our Foley, Alabama facility to support OEM Airbus A320 technology. The role involves building critical electrical harnesses and subassemblies according to engineering specs, using a variety of tools, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

It is an onsite, first-shift position with physical requirements including lifting up to 20 pounds. You will work from written instructions and drawings, contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED in the US is required.
• Two years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Able to follow written instructions and work from schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical harnesses, parts and products per engineering specs.
• Use hand/power tools and assembly equipment.
• Perform quality checks and safety procedures.
• Conduct continuity checks on harnesses.
• Participate in CI activities and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Lift up to 20 pounds; work on 1st shift, 6:30am–3pm, Mon–Fri.
