Job summary

Airbus is looking for an Aircraft Electrical Installer to join our Manufacturing team in Mobile, Alabama. You will help assemble and wire electrical components for A320 Family and A220 lines, following detailed work orders and SAP documentation.

The role emphasizes on-site work, rigorous testing, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The team values experience in aviation production and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent (I.E Shipbuilding, Heavy Machinery, Automotive Manufacturing)
• 5+ years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent (I.E Shipbuilding, Heavy Machinery, Automotive Manufacturing)
• Authorized to Work in the US without future need for sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Perform tests and inspections including preparation and change of programs, checks system functions in line with work orders, inspects earth connections, performs continuity tests and documents results in SAP
• Installs and produces electrical components at the station per order including preparing, laying, connecting, assembling, bundling and soldering of parts and sub-assemblies
• Prepares electrical components at the station according to work order including marking and setup
• Adapts, torques and secures electrical components including equipment panels and PCBs
• Responsible for sequencing and performance of work and results
• Perform other duties as assigned.
