Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of engineering or related industry experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience including leading teams and driving successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and ongoing leadership for an organization of multiple individual contributors designing and developing engineering solutions and managing projects for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.
• Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated and goals and budgets are met.
• Engage with program managers, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders, and executives to communicate program status and guide decision‑making.
• Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, quality, schedules, and costs.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Provide people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, performance plans, coaching, and career development.
