Job summary

INNIO Group is expanding its manufacturing capabilities in Waukesha, WI. As an Electrical Generator Assembler, you will assemble Jenbacher generators on a new line, wiring control panels and performing installations to support reliable power systems.

You will work first shift, with overtime as needed, and contribute to quality testing, documentation, and continuous improvement on the line.

Qualifications

• Completed training or certification in electrical, electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronics.
• Hands-on experience in control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioning.
• Knowledge of PLCs and basic computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on electrical schematics.
• Perform electrical installations on production lines.
• Conduct system testing to ensure compliance with U.S. standards.
• Document all work accurately and maintain records.
• Operate cable assembly equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.

As an Electrical Generator Assembler, you'll play a hand-on role in the assembly of our Jenbacher generators on our new manufacturing line in Waukesha, WI.

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience in control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioning.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC).
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to team needs.

Additional Information

• Location: Waukesha, WI
• Work Schedule: First Shift Monday through Friday (Candidates need to be willing to work overtime, flexible shifts and adapt to team needs).
