INNIO Group in Wisconsin seeks an Operations Leader for Generator & Unit Assembly to drive day-to-day manufacturing, safety, and quality in a fast ramp environment. The role includes a temporary assignment at Jenbach, Austria to share practices and build global connections.
You will lead a cross-functional team, establish standards, and deliver on KPIs across safety, delivery, and cost, while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Materials and EHS to scale production.

This position will lead the day-to-day execution of generator and unit assembly while helping develop the people, processes, standards, and operating culture needed to support long‑term production growth.
The successful candidate will be a visible, hands‑on manufacturing leader who can build an engaged and accountable team, solve problems, and deliver results.
As part of the initial production ramp‑up, this role will also complete an assignment at our Jenbacher manufacturing operation in Jenbach, Austria to develop product and process knowledge, learn established production practices, and build relationships with the global manufacturing team.
