Qualifications

• Four or more years of field supervision/management experience.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects and field staff to meet schedules and budgets.
• Plan layouts, schedule materials, tools, and equipment for project scope.
• Manage on-site activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality and safety.
• Review project documents and direct construction activities; resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
• Coordinate with HR, estimating, accounting, and other support teams.
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, vendors and other project partners.
