Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 15 years in electrical construction, with large-scale project oversight.
• Proven leadership of field teams including Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple medium to large-sized electrical projects concurrently.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of Field Leaders (Foremen, General Foremen, Superintendents).
• Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations to develop staffing strategies.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet milestones.
• Review plans and blueprints, guiding electrical system implementation.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to optimize resource allocation.
• Maintain regular communication with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Drive safety excellence and ensure adherence to protocols and regulations.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in project execution.
