Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead multiple medium to large electrical construction projects across our region. You will supervise Foremen, General Foremen, and Site Superintendents to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Candidates should have Journeyman Electrician license (preferred), 15+ years in electrical construction, and 5+ years in senior field leadership. We offer excellent pay, a company truck and gas card, PTO, paid holidays, and autonomy to own your work.

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent preferred.
15+ years of experience in electrical construction.
5+ years in a senior field leadership role.
Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical projects.
Proficiency with project scheduling, manpower planning, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage operations across multiple electrical construction projects.
Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to field leadership teams.
Collaborate with operations leadership to plan staffing and resource allocation.
Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and milestone execution.
Enforce and promote company safety policies and procedures.
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Monitor budgets, labor productivity, and project performance.
Communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Be available to support field needs as required.
