The Vertex Companies, LLC is seeking an Electrical Forensic Engineer to investigate electrical system failures across residential, commercial, industrial and utility-related equipment. You will conduct field inspections, analyze evidence, perform engineering evaluations and prepare technical reports for clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, an EIT certification, and preferably a PE license.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or 5 years of related work experience and no degree.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required

Responsabilidades

• Investigate electrical system failures and incidents across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility equipment.
• Conduct field inspections and collect evidence for analysis.
• Prepare engineering reports and defend findings with technical analysis and standards.
