Job summary

Power Design, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on multimillion-dollar projects.

You will oversee scope, safety, quality and schedule, coordinating with the project superintendent and trades, while using company-provided iPads and devices to track progress. This role requires at least five years of field supervision, a journeyman or master license, NEC knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades, managing materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to track progress and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
