Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on a mission-critical data center project based in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will supervise journeymen, apprentices, and helpers, coordinate daily work, enforce safety, and ensure adherence to plans, drawings, and codes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of commercial electrical construction, proven data center experience, and a journeyman/master license.

Qualifications

• State Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required where applicable.
• OSHA 30 preferred (OSHA 10 minimum).
• NFPA 70E certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on active data center projects.
• Assign daily work, manpower, and priorities based on schedule and project needs.
• Enforce productivity, workmanship, and safety expectations across crews.
• Mentor and develop field personnel, ensuring proper task execution and growth.
