Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on a mission-critical data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will supervise apprentices and journeymen, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with codes, drawings, and specs.

The role requires 7+ years in commercial electrical construction, foreman/lead experience, and a valid electrician license where applicable. Per diem, retention bonuses, and long-term work are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Lead foreman on mission-critical / data center projects.
• State Journeyman or Master Electrician license as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 preferred; NFPA 70E preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field leadership and supervision of journeymen, apprentices, and helpers.
• Coordinate daily work, manpower, priorities, and schedule adherence.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity across crews.
• Mentor field personnel and ensure proper task execution.
• Read drawings and specs; coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Support inspections, testing, and commissioning when needed.
