Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field crews on a data center project in San Antonio, TX. The Foreman will coordinate daily activities, supervise journeymen and apprentices, enforce safety rules, and ensure compliance with NEC and project drawings.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in mission-critical electrical work, strong leadership, and a valid state license. This full-time role offers per diem, retention bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licence required for the relevant state (Journeyman or Master Electrician).
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred; NFPA 70E awareness valued.
• Valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of electrical apprenticeship preferred; 6+ years commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on active data center projects.
• Assign daily work, manpower and priorities based on schedule and needs.
• Enforce safety, productivity and quality across crews.
• Mentor field personnel and ensure proper task execution.
