Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field crews on a mission-critical data center project in San Antonio, TX. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and schedule adherence on active sites.

You will lead journeymen, apprentices, and helpers, coordinate daily activities, enforce OSHA/NEC/NFPA 70E standards, and ensure documentation and reporting meets project requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and per diem.

Qualifications

• State Journeyman or Master Electrician License required where applicable.
• 6+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• 2+ years in foreman or lead role preferred.
• Prior data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeymen, apprentices and helpers on active data center projects.
• Assign daily work and priorities based on schedule and project needs.
• Enforce productivity, workmanship and safety across crews.
• Mentor field personnel and ensure proper task execution and growth.
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, QA/QC, safety and other trades.
• Read drawings, specs and schedules and track manpower, production and material usage.
