Job summary

Power Design is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman in the Washington, DC area to lead field operations, ensuring high quality, safety and customer satisfaction. The role requires managing materials, manpower, and coordinating with the project superintendent while leveraging technology such as iPads to drive timely, quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of multimillion-dollar project leadership, holds a journeyman or master electrician license, and demonstrates

Qualifications

• Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• At least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, high-quality work and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
• Salary is competitive with a target range of $100k–$130k for direct-skilled experience.
