Job summary

Amteck is seeking an Electrical Foreman for a new construction project in Benson, NC. The Foreman will supervise a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with NEC and local codes.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to read blueprints and project specs, and experience coordinating manpower and materials on site. Overtime and weekend work may be required as project schedules demand.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Able to lead a crew of roughly five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Ability to read and understand project blueprints, specs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site and ensure quality.
• Develop manpower schedules and material lists from layouts and site demands.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures, panels, and conductors.
• Read project specifications and blueprints; lay out work from drawings.
• Work with other trades and adhere to NEC/local codes; ensure safety.
