Job summary

Corbins, owned and operated by Nox Group, seeks a dedicated Foreman with a strong electrical background to oversee daily project operations. You will lead electrical crews, enforce safety, and ensure quality on fast-paced sites.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, BIM coordination, prefabrication, documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors and field teams. OSHA30 training provided; high school diploma and NEC/OSHA knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical commercial/industrial experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/models electronically, using mobile devices.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with NEC and local codes.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency.
• An OSHA30 card is required for this role (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities on assigned projects and manage safety, schedule, and quality.
• Motivate, evaluate, discipline, instruct and coach electrical crews of 7-10.
• Plan, sequence, schedule tasks, identify materials/tools/equipment and allocate manpower.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with NEC/local codes.
• Track progress against schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate prefabrication and BIM with shop and jobsite.
• Document progress, delays, incidents, and communications.
