Job summary

Corbins, part of Nox Group, seeks a Field Superintendent to lead safety-focused field operations on Southwest projects including commercial, industrial and water/wastewater facilities. You will supervise foremen, coordinate with field engineers, and drive schedule and quality through Last Planner and QC processes.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with heavy emphasis on safety compliance and budget awareness across multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• STSC trained.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software a huge plus.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Emphasizes a culture of safety and quality to foremen and trade partners.
• Supports and develops Foremen and craft partners to prosper.
• Guides Field Engineer on survey and layout needs, and schedules work requirements.
• Assists Project Superintendent with schedule development and Last Planner System implementation.
• Prepares work plans and facilitates reviews with Field Engineer and Foreman.
• Plans labor, equipment, and materials to stay within budget and be commercially successful.
• Ensures timely completion of reports and documentation by crews.
• Leads QC processes for the assigned project scope.
• Participates in daily/weekly project meetings and reports field issues.
