Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years electrical commercial/industrial experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read/interprete drawings/models electronically.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge; OSHA30 required or obtainable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities on assigned projects, managing all aspects.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and document hazards.
• Lead 7–10 electrical crews to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate materials, tools, and manpower.
• Coordinate prefabrication and BIM (Model) workflows.
• Document and report progress, delays, and incidents.
