Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews on electrical installations and repairs across diverse markets. You will plan, coordinate materials, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering on project milestones.

The role requires strong leadership, 6+ years in electrical work, NEC knowledge, and bilingual Spanish/English communication. Candidates must be able to work in various environments and respond to on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years electrical experience.
• Valid state driver\'s license required.
• High School/GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong knowledge of NEC.
• OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid trained.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel on the assigned project.
• Plan projects efficiently to maximize profitability.
• Ensure timely procurement and receipt of materials.
• Maintain safety and compliance per company manuals.
• Read and follow guidelines in safety and procedural manuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
