Job summary

Royal Electric Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on DFW Airport projects. You will supervise electricians, coordinate safety, quality, scheduling, and client satisfaction while advancing project goals.

You bring a Texas Journeyman license, strong NEC knowledge, and a track record of 10+ years in foreman roles, with proficiency in plan reading, conduit work, and field leadership. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have active Journeyman Certification in the State of Texas; include certification number when applying.
• Electrical skills include plan reading, layout, conduit bending and install (EMT, PVC and RMC).
• Willing to work in the field full time with crews you're leading.
• Experience as a Foreman or in a lead capacity overseeing crews.
• Proficient with hand power tools and using a computer or iPad.
• Reliable transportation and your own hand tools.
• Knowledge of NEC and NFPA70E, local codes and safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
• Minimum 10 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of electricians; complete projects on time and safely.
• Oversee field personnel, typically 10+ employees; set performance goals.
• Lead crews including apprentices and journeypersons; delegate tasks.
• Ensure QA and client satisfaction; review plans and specs for compliance.
• Lay out work and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope and schedule.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards; mentor and motivate staff.
