M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead crews, plan work, and ensure high-quality electrical system installations at client sites across the region.

You will organize materials, prepare information packages, and monitor daily progress while upholding safety standards and QA/QC requirements. The role requires 6+ years in electrical work, an HS diploma (or GED) with 4+ years if holding an Associate degree, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an Associate degree.
• Travel up to 75% may be required.

Responsabilités

• Productivity Planning for assigned scope of work.
• Material Phasing – organize material by areas/floors and track inventories.
• Tools & Equipment – identify tools and equipment needed for each crew and track usage.
• Information Packages – provide contract drawings, shop drawings and schedules for each activity.
• Daily hour/unit reports for crews and submission of hours daily.
• Quality control inspections and adherence to QC plans and checklists.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and update the master record weekly.
• Inventory and secure all tools and equipment; report losses or damages.
