Royal Electric in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a seasoned Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects. You will coordinate with Superintendents, GC, and customers to maintain schedules, safety, and quality on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Journeyman Certification in the State of Texas.
• Electrical skills include plan reading, layout, conduit bending and install (EMT, PVC and RMC), feeder/branch wire pulling, light fixture install, lighting control make-up, single line distribution, and wiring device trim out.
• Must be willing to work in the field full time with crews you manage.
• Experience as a Foreman or in a lead capacity overseeing and directing crews.
• Proficient with hand tools and using a computer or iPad.
• Reliable transportation and own hand tools.
• Knowledge of NEC and NFPA70E, local codes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to manage teams of electricians. Supervise and direct field personnel, typically overseeing a team of 10+ employees.
• Lead and manage crews including apprentices and journeymen. Delegate tasks effectively.
• Quality assurance and client satisfaction: review documents, ensure compliance, resolve issues and oversee close-outs.
• Lay out project work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on designated scope.
