Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise field teams of lead persons, journeymen, apprentices and helpers on electrical construction projects. You will plan workloads, ensure materials and tools are available, coordinate with the Safety Manager, and maintain schedules, budgets and quality standards while delivering safe installations and successful project completions.

Qualifications

• Lead crews of various skilled workers.
• Ability to plan and schedule materials/tools/equipment.
• On-site supervision of projects and coordination with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews of lead persons/crew leaders, journeymen, apprentices, and helpers.
• Plan work and schedule materials/tools/equipment to meet scope, budget, and schedules.
• Supervise on-site construction, coordinate field personnel and contractors to meet deadlines and quality.
• Review project documents, direct activities, resolve issues, and close projects.
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Perform annual performance evaluations for field personnel.
• Conduct Safety Assessments and Toolbox Talks.
