Interstates is seeking a Field Leader in Des Moines, IA to supervise on-site crews on industrial electrical projects. You will lead 3–15 workers, coordinate with foremen and clients, and ensure safety and quality while controlling budgets and timelines.

You should have substantial field experience, a journeyman license, and a drive to build a strong team culture with a focus on safety and project success.

Qualifications

• On-site industrial electrical project experience.
• Experience leading a crew on construction sites.
• Willingness to relocate and build a team culture.
• Must have a state-issued journeyman electrician license (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead a field crew of 3–15 people onsite.
• Collaborate with crew, foremen, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain safety standards and manage project budgets.
• Plan and coordinate daily work with clients and trades.
• Mentor and coach team members for growth.
• Understand project plans and execute accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
