Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead on commercial, residential, service, healthcare, and multi-family projects.

You will supervise crews, ensure safety, maintain schedules, and manage field operations to meet scope and NEC standards. As on-site leader you will coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades, review drawings, order materials, and mentor apprentices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years electrical experience with leadership or foreman background.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems.
• Thorough understanding of NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical crew activities.
• Plan work to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Read and enforce electrical drawings and specs.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and safety regulations.
• Lead safety talks and toolbox meetings.
• Monitor productivity and quality; coach crews.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades.
• Manage materials and equipment to avoid delays.
