Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to plan, coordinate, and supervise commercial electrical installations under project management guidance. The role leads journeymen and apprentices, ensuring NEC compliance and timely project delivery.

The position requires flexibility for overnight shifts and travel, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship while supporting the service division between construction phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years as a commercial electrical journeyman with at least two years as foreman.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Excellent English communication via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeymen and apprentices on commercial electrical installations.
• Interpret blueprints and layout work for crews.
• Conduct toolbox talks and training for apprentices and journeymen.
• Install electrical equipment, conduit, raceways and cable trays.
• Communicate progress with project managers and safety teams.
• Ensure NEC compliance, quality workmanship, and project deadlines.
• Support service division during downtime of new construction projects.
