Job summary

Nox Group is seeking Electrical Foremen to lead crews of 7–10 and oversee electrical construction projects in Reno, NV. You will drive safety, scheduling, quality, production, prefabrication, BIM coordination, and field execution on commercial and industrial sites.

Ideal candidates bring significant electrical experience, leadership ability, and strong knowledge of NEC requirements and OSHA standards. Must be able to read drawings and models, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
• Working knowledge of construction, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and electronic models.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Proficient knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• OSHA 30 card or willingness to complete company-provided training.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to meet applicable drug-testing and background-check requirements.
• Ability to perform applicable physical job duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews of 7–10 on electrical construction projects in Reno.
• Drive safety, scheduling, quality, production, prefabrication, BIM coordination and field execution.
• Oversee electrical construction work ensuring NEC/OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project milestones.
