Job summary

Kearney Electric in Arizona seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safety and NEC compliance. The Foreman translates plans into action, coordinates with the General Foreman, and upholds our Pathways to Excellence values of Trust, Team, Grit, and Growth.

You will mentor journeymen and apprentices, manage daily reports and material requests, and ensure productive, safe work across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of electrical field experience or Journeyman License.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman Electrician License and OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to crews to complete work safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Oversee installation of conduit, wiring, panels, grounding, lighting, and equipment wiring.
• Coordinate manpower and material needs with the General Foreman to optimize productivity.
• Maintain NEC compliance and quality standards on all electrical work.
• Mentor Leads and Foremen to build technical and safety competencies.
