Job summary

Kearney Electric, LLC in Arizona is hiring a General Foreman - Electrical to lead on-site electrical construction activities, coordinate multiple crews, and ensure work is safe, efficient, and compliant with codes and standards.

The role requires strong leadership, deep NEC knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors while guiding project execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Lead large on-site electrical crews and coordinate trade work.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E and local codes.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in Arizona heat.
• Strong communication with project teams and clients.
• Proven track record on commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple crews and ensure work aligns with plan and budget.
• Coordinate with PMs, GC, and subs; monitor schedule and safety.
• Prepare weekly and monthly manpower and progress reports.
• Maintain project docs, logs, as-builts.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and PPE.
