Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrical General Foreman, Electrical Foreman, or senior field leader.
• Strong commercial electrical construction experience.
• Proven experience leading electrical crews and ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and electrical field crews
• Oversee daily field operations across multiple electrical construction projects
• Keep projects on schedule while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity
• Plan labor, materials, tools, and equipment
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, contractors, and site teams
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and project plans
• Resolve field issues and keep work moving efficiently
