The position emphasizes mentoring apprentices, overseeing material planning, and maintaining project productivity and safety culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of electrical field experience or Journeyman License.
• Thorough understanding of electrical systems, NEC code, and standard troubleshooting procedures.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and coordination to crews to ensure safe, accurate, and on-schedule work.
• Install conduit, wiring, terminations, grounding, lighting, and equipment per NEC and project plans.
• Plan manpower schedules and material needs with the Foreman; maintain communication among crews and trades.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance; assist with progress reporting and material tracking.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to apprentices and journeymen; enforce safety programs and PPE usage.
