• Experience as Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
• Strong commercial electrical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

• Plan, prioritize, and manage field activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, materials, and project priorities.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project schedules.
• Identify potential challenges and communicate issues before they become larger problems.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, general contractors, and other partners.
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices on your team.
• Help create a positive, accountable, and productive jobsite culture.
