Upgrade Resources in Houston, TX, is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial, industrial, and large multi-family electrical installations. This hands-on leadership role plans work, lays out installs from drawings, and ensures compliance with code, specs, schedule, and budget.

You will work daily with the project superintendent and manager to maintain a safe, productive jobsite; physical work is a key component.

Qualifications

• Texas Journeyman Electrical license required.
• Experience leading a crew on commercial or industrial work.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct a crew on commercial, industrial, and large multi-family installations.
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings, lay out and install as specified.
• Connect wiring, fixtures, and equipment to code, specification, and manufacturer requirements.
• Track labor and material against the schedule and budget; report progress to the superintendent.
• Enforce jobsite safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping across the crew.
• Prepare and organize the work area for yourself and your crew each day.
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings, lay out and install as specified.
• Maintain coordination with project superintendent and project manager to ensure on-time completion.
