Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial electrical field.
• Journeyman Electrician license and valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial wiring methods.
• Ability to lead crews and manage look-ahead schedules.
• Proficient with basic digital tools including email and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field installations and ensure compliance with NEC and company standards.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment with PMs and general contractors.
• Maintain project documentation such as JSA records, sign-in sheets, look-ahead schedules, and voltage reports.
• Enforce site safety protocols, conduct daily briefings, and exercise stop-work authority when needed.
• Oversee material staging, raceway layouts, and secure tool storage to maintain efficiency.
• Review blueprints and submittals, resolve discrepancies through RFIs.
