Chambers Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead from the field on commercial construction projects in Kansas City. You will supervise crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is performed safely and to specification.

Qualifications

• Foreman/lead electrician experience is preferred.
• Strong commercial electrical experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with field planning and safety focus.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project schedules.
• Identify potential challenges and communicate issues early to the team.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, general contractors, and other partners.
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices on the team.
• Contribute to a positive, accountable, and productive jobsite culture.

• Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
• Strong commercial electrical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage field activities.
• Journeyman license or card preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
