LEFT COAST ELECTRIC is seeking an Electrical Foreman/Journeyman/Lead to direct high-impact electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites in San Dimas, CA. The role combines field leadership with hands-on work while ensuring safety and adherence to plans and codes.

You will mentor daily field crews, oversee site execution from layout to completion, and coordinate materials and scheduling to maximize efficiency. Travel up to 20% is required as projects demand.

You will serve as a key field leader directing high-quality electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. This role empowers you to guide field teams while executing projects safely, on time, and to precise specifications. How You Will Make An Impact

• Direct and mentor daily field crews to ensure electrical installations meet top quality standards.
• Oversee job site execution from layout to completion across varied project environments.
• Enforce strict workplace safety standards and proper equipment usage on every job site.
• Coordinate material handling, workflow scheduling, and task assignments for maximum field efficiency.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure full compliance with plans and local electrical codes.
• Solve site-level technical obstacles independently to keep project timelines moving forward efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical and/or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead field crews and maintain high quality control.
• Strong technical background in commercial or industrial electrical systems.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and finishing complex jobs on schedule.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience managing cross-sector projects involving electrical controls.
• Valid driver's license, OSHA 10/30, CPR, scissor lift/aerial platform, forklift, excavator/skid steer operation, and/or journeyman card a Plus!
