Job summary

Control Air Enterprises LLC in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will supervise crews of up to six electricians and apprentices, coordinate with Field Superintendent and PMs, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time execution.

State Journeyman Electrician Certification is required, and you will mentor junior staff while delivering high‑standard electrical retrofits, lighting upgrades, ATS systems, and control work

Qualifications

  • State Journeyman Electrician Certification required.
  • Proven experience leading electrical crews in commercial and/or industrial environments.
  • Ability to supervise up to six electricians and apprentices while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and applicable codes.
  • Ability to read blueprints, perform field layout, and coordinate with project teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily field activities to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Install conduit, wiring, lighting, outlets, and electrical equipment.
  • Perform electrical retrofit work, including lighting upgrades, ballasts, generators, ATS systems, and battery backup installations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including VFDs, motors, transformers, breakers, and related equipment.
  • Install and terminate low-voltage control systems, including panels, conduit, sensors, and wiring.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, perform layout, coordinate materials, and manage workflow.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable codes, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Mentor apprentices and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Assist with startup and commissioning activities for mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Maintain OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards at all times.
  • Interact professionally with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Complete project documentation, including daily reports, material requests, as-builts/redlines, and related paperwork.
  • Support other project-related responsibilities as needed.

Salary: 52.00 - 60.00 USD / HOUR

Competitive Pay: $52–$60 per hour, depending on experience

Are you a state-certified Journeyman Electrician with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work? We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects, supervise crews of up to six electricians and apprentices, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Working closely with the Field Superintendent and Project Management team, you'll play a key role in driving field execution from planning and layout through project completion.
