LEFT COAST ELECTRIC is seeking an Electrical Foreman/Journeyman/Lead to direct high-impact electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites in San Dimas, CA. The role combines field leadership with hands-on work while ensuring safety and adherence to plans and codes.

You will mentor daily field crews, oversee site execution from layout to completion, and coordinate materials and scheduling to maximize efficiency. Travel up to 20% is required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on electrical and/or leadership experience.
• Ability to lead field crews and maintain high quality control.
• Strong background in commercial or industrial electrical systems.
• Proven track record of delivering complex jobs on schedule.
