Job summary

Loenbro seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations, supervise craft crews, and partner with project management to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires extensive electrical trade experience, strong leadership across large teams, and the ability to interpret detailed drawings and BIM models. Excellent safety and QA/QC focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical trade with relevant field experience.
• Experience managing multiple crews and large craft teams.
• Ability to read drawings, submittals, specs, and BIM detailing.
• Strong scheduling, procurement, QA/QC, and safety oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all project craft employees.
• Collaborate with project management to meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain and update the construction schedule, train foremen on a 3-week look-ahead.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with standards; support QA/QC programs.
• Promote and enforce safety on the project site.
