We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our Install team at Compu Dynamics. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to contribute their expertise in a collaborative and supportive work environment!

$5,000 - $10,000 Sign on Bonus! (Must have Journeymen/Master's license)

Essential Functions:

1. Oversees job site operations.
2. Mentors and trains junior electricians.
3. Acts as crew leader and/or Foreman as needed.
4. Installs, maintains, modifies, and repairs electrical distribution systems and associated equipment.
5. Locates underground electrical utilities for projects.
6. Measures, cuts, and bends wire and conduit.
7. Troubleshoots issues and recommends solutions.
8. Operates hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment for installations and servicing.
9. Inspects and tests electrical system components, including transformers, transfer switches, and switchgear.
10. Supervises inspections and repairs on main power distribution systems and electrical panels.
11. Oversees repairs to line voltage for HVAC systems.
12. Records faults, deficiencies, and unusual occurrences, including work time and materials.
13. Conducts tests to evaluate equipment performance.
14. Responds to emergency power and backup system failures.
15. Communicates job status, issues, and recommendations to management.
16. Provides complete documentation of work performed.
17. Drives company vehicle within service area, following all laws.
18. Operates vehicles and equipment safely, reports hazards, and follows safety protocols.

Required Education and Experience:

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. 8+ years of experience in the field or related area.
3. Master Electrician license or equivalent training and experience.
4. Valid driver's license in good standing.

Preferred Experience:

1. Experience with Data Centers.

Pay Range: $40—$52 USD per hour.
