An Electrician Foreman is responsible for the success of Commercial Electrical projects, providing leadership, supervision, and support to assigned employees to ensure timely, quality project completion with a safe and profitable outcome. Our Foremen possess experience, skills, and initiative for daily leadership, anticipating issues, and managing effectively. They are 'people-leaders' who build positive relationships with their team, customers, contractors, vendors, and internal project management.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

1. Read and understand blueprints, specifications, submittal data, etc., for layout and task execution.
2. Successfully lead and develop electricians on commercial construction projects.
3. Manage material and tool handling efficiently.
4. Work safely, accurately, and thoroughly under time and labor constraints.
5. Ensure safety on the jobsite and comply with safety standards.

Experience, Training, And/or Certification

1. 10+ years of Commercial Electrical Construction experience.
2. Experience managing 10 or more people.
3. Experience with projects valued at $5+ million.
4. High School, Trade School, or GED.

Additional Requirements

1. Punctuality and reliability.
2. Teamwork, supervising apprentices and journeymen.
3. Accurate basic mathematics skills.
4. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, indoors and outdoors.
5. Comfortable working at heights on lifts and ladders.
6. Physical fitness to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 60 lbs.
7. Work efficiently in small spaces and perform various physical movements.
8. Excellent hand-eye coordination and motor control.
9. Adherence to company values and standards.
