Role Description The Electrical Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Harrisburg, PA. This role oversees day-to-day field operations, including coordinating crews, assigning tasks, and ensuring electrical projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in line with specifications and codes. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting plans, supervising installations, repairs, and maintenance, and performing hands‑on electrical work when needed. The Electrical Foreman conducts inspections, troubleshoots issues, verifies quality standards, and enforces safety procedures and regulatory compliance. The role also involves communicating with project managers and clients, tracking materials and equipment, and documenting work progress and site conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering principles relevant to residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Experience in electrical contracting, including project coordination and supervision of field crews.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring, installations, and maintenance, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical issues safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring team members, managing schedules, and enforcing safety standards.
• Thorough understanding of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations; commitment to safe work practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and reliable documentation habits.
• Relevant trade school or apprenticeship completion; journeyperson or master electrician license (or eligibility) preferred.
