Job summary

Brother's Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Foreman/Junior Project Manager for our commercial division in Souderton, PA. You will supervise electrical crews, coordinate with GCs and inspectors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities include planning, client communication, mentoring apprentices, and overseeing rough-in, final connections, and commissioning across multifamily, hotels, warehouses, and offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Minimum 5-6 years in a foreman or crew-lead role.
• Proven success managing crew sizes from 10 to 20 electricians.
• Experience working on multifamily, hotels, assisted living, warehouses, retail, hospitals, or office buildings.
• Proficient with NEC requirements, OSHA safety standards, conduit bending, wire pulling, transformer/gear layout, fire alarm installation, and lighting control systems.
• Ability to lay out and install Feeders and branch circuits using NM, MC, EMT, RGS, and PVC.
• Ability to lay out and install Panels, gear, switchboards, Lighting, controls, emergency systems, generators, fire alarm, and low-voltage pathways.
• Experience supervising commercial rough-in, final, equipment hookups, and troubleshooting.
• Able to coordinate with other trades, GCs, project managers, and inspectors.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Ability to train apprentices and helpers.
• Strong time-management and accountability.
• Must be self-directed, able to follow drawings without micromanagement.
• Works well under pressure and in changing field conditions.
