Scope Of Work
This position will oversee the management of project installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the commercial and industrial electrical industry.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to run medium to large-size projects effectively.
- Consistently complete projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner.
- Supervise and direct field personnel, typically overseeing a team of 25+ employees.
- Establish performance goals and motivate crews to meet or exceed them.
- Manage on-site construction projects, ensuring safety, budget, time, and quality standards are met.
- Resolve conflicts related to construction activities and personnel issues.
- Coordinate field installations and project close-outs efficiently.
- Review project documents to guide construction activities.
- Complete necessary paperwork promptly.
- Manage resources such as tools, equipment, and staffing.
- Understand estimates and assist with project installation and layout.
- Report to the Field Supervisor, General Superintendent, or Project Manager.
- Interact with other project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and vendors.
- Maintain required licensing and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Offer
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Six or more years of relevant experience.
