Job summary

Cache Valley Electric Co. seeks an experienced General Foreman – Electrical to lead field operations on electrical construction projects.

You will supervise multiple crews, coordinate with project managers, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and translate plans into on-site execution. The ideal candidate brings strong field leadership, extensive knowledge of electrical construction, and a proven ability to manage crews, materials, and timelines in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, industrial, utility, or electrical construction.
• Proven ability to lead multiple crews and field foremen.
• Strong reading of electrical drawings, specifications, one-lines, and project docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership and direction for electrical construction activities.
• Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical crews and foremen.
• Plan daily and weekly manpower, materials, equipment, and work activities.
• Coordinate work between crews to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts.
• Monitor production and progress against project schedules.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all crews.
